In the shade of UFC 198’s card so stack your eyes pop out like a cartoon and make that novelty horn sound, UFC 200 is shaping up to try and be the huge card it is teased to be. We already have the controversial Ninja Gaiden 2 rematch and Edgar v.s. Aldo 2 but no real title fights. Until now. …Well, maybe.
Eddie Alvarez tweeted out a picture of him with UFC 200 hashtags along with #andnew. It’s unclear if this is just wishful thinking on Alvarez’s part, who has been retweeting fan requests of the title shot, or an actual hint as to a potential bout. Either way, that’d be a helluva edition to the card.
