Dillon Danis is being sued by Logan Paul’s fiancee Nina Agdal.
Danis and Paul are set to fight on Oct. 14 in Manchester, England in the co-main event of a Misfits boxing card, which sees KSI taking on Tommy Fury in the main event. In the lead-up to their boxing match, Danis has been posting photos of Agdal with other men she has been in relationships with in the past.
After weeks of posting a photo one day, Agdal filed a lawsuit, Danis revealed on social media. Since then, Danis has been posting photos and videos of people trying to serve him and on Monday night, the Bellator fighter finally got served.

Following TMZ Sports getting ahold of the video, Dillon Danis took to social media to joke that wasn’t him and explained why he wouldn’t counter-sue Agdal.
That’s not me I don’t know who that man is in this video 🤷♂️ https://t.co/ujQlrO2Md6

Dillon Danis fighting for the first time since 2019
The lawsuit from Nina Agdal to Dillon Danis has only added to the promotion of the boxing match between Danis and Logan Paul. What comes from the lawsuit is also to be seen, but as of right now, it has no impact on the fight as it’s still scheduled to happen next month.
However, Logan Paul has been worried that Dillon Danis will pull out of the fight, as he hasn’t fought since 2019. With that, Paul says Danis has a clause in his contract that will force him to pay a fine if he pulls out.
“That is my concern, I’m convinced he’s not going to show up. The clause is this. If he pulls out because of some sort of injury that he fakes, a doctor of our choosing has to verify the injury. If he indeed faking it, he has to pay $100,000. There is a pullout clause,” Paul said on Impaulsive.
Dillon Danis is currently 2-0 as a pro MMA fighter and will be making his boxing debut against Logan Paul.
