Daniel Cormier, Lance Armstrong Put Jon Jones And Jeff Novitzky On Blast!
Jon Jones abnormal drug test caused a lot of controversies. The UFC 232 fight card was relocated from Nevada to California, and the opinions of Jones’ innocence are divided.
The UFC exec Jeff Novitzky appeared on Thursday in the episode of Joe Rogan Experience to discuss this topic. Yet, when Rogan took to his Instagram account to promote the new episode, Lance Armstrong took aim at his guest. (h/t BJPenn.com)
“AKA the Star F***er,” Lance Armstrong wrote in his scathing comment about Jeff Novitzky (h/t MMA Weekly). “Couple of questions. Why the double standard for Jones and others? And let’s get right to it, what does the science and scientists say? I think I know the answer, but let’s let the star f***er speak to it.”
Jeff Novitzky and famous cyclist Lance Armstrong had a history. Before he became UFC VP of athlete health and performance, Novitzky was the U.S. Food and Drug Administration employee.
Novitzky played a major role in ruining Armstrong’s reputation. Actually, thanks to Jeff Novitzky, legendary cyclist was outed later as a long-time user of PEDs!
The current UFC two-division champion, Daniel Cormier, also attacked UFC employee Jeff Novitzky and bitter rival Jon Jones on social media. “DC” posted a screenshot of BJPenn.com story which contained Armstrong’s statement.
As well as you can see, Cormier’s caption also trashes both Jon Jones and Jeff Novitzky.

Actually, the press conference Daniel Cormier mentioned was an outstanding example. Jon Jones showed a world-class skill to turn himself into a victim.

Oh, but the showdown journalist Izabela Kostic made was epic! When she asked Jon Jones an unpleasant question about his positive Turinabol test, Jones just replied, “Next question, please, thank you”.
Her second question was amazing, and made Jones furious. She wondered how could Jon Jones fight when Tom Lawlor and Frank Mir were banned for the similar test results. Look at the video below!
