Dana White pulls UFC Live out of Utah due to poor ticket sales

There are two things you can count on when you unexpectedly wake up on your friend’s sofa in Salt Lake City, Utah on a Tuesday morning: Incredibly dope tacos being sold nearby at a street cart and Mormons knocking on your door regardless of whether you want them there. If you’re unaware, Mormons run Utah. They stake claim to Utah like the Crips held turf in Compton back in the early 90s. Today, the Mormons have spoken and it looks like Dana White has been forced to pull out of Salt Lake City due to poor ticket sales.

“Our television ratings in Salt Lake City have always been strong, and when we finally found the opportunity to bring a UFC event there with a great card, I was very surprised and disappointed in ticket sales. As a result, for the first time in UFC history, I decided to pull the plug and move this August 1st event to the San Diego Sports Arena,”

Bones Jones and The Janitor will headline this bangemite fest on the left coast in just a few weeks so if you live in Utah, blame the Mormons.
