Dana White and Joe Rogan talk about getting Alistair Overeem into the UFC

The amount of knees that could be thrown inside the octagon are nearly limitless if Alistair Overeem makes the jump from Strikeforce to the UFC. His debut would just be a collection of knees perpetually thrown at whoever Joe Silva deems worthy to be the receiver of perhaps the hardest strike in the history of the heavyweight division. That would not be a good day at work. There’s no point in my life in which I would wake up knowing that by the end of the day, I will take an Overeem knee directly to my face. It’s the equivalent of knowing that your world will eventually end — and there’s nothing you can do about it. I’m sure Dana White and Joe Rogan had this similar conversation shortly after the UFC 122 press conference in Germany. Check out this video of Dana White admitting that Alistair Overeem is the one the best heavyweights in the world.
