Curtis Blaydes Is Super Pissed At Brock Lesnar

Immediately after when Daniel Cormier knocked out Stipe Miocic at UFC 226 last July former UFC champ Brock Lesnar stormed the cage and shoved “DC.” That sparked the rumors that they both will clash and this’ll be Cormier’s retirement fight.

However last night UFC head Honcho Dana White cleared the air that Lesnar isn’t returning to the UFC as he is retired.

Oh uh, so that means the heavyweight division was on hold for no reason. Many pro fighters in the past expressed their displeasure for that now Curtis Blaydes rip off Brock Lesnar after hearing his retirement.

Fuck you @BrockLesnar holding up the whole damn division just to quit smh inconsiderate AF wrote by Curtis Blaydes on Twitter.

Even last year Blaydes called UFC fake sports with full of illegitimate juice heads like Brock Lesnar, who hadn’t had a win in eight years and is coming off a failed drug test ——– now coming to UFC Octagon and fight for the title.

Blaydes temper is logical here as there hasn’t been any title fight since November of 2018 when Cormier fought short notice, Derrick Lewis at UFC 230. The reason for the hold was that Cormier is dealing with nagging injuries and uncertainty surrounded by Lesnar’s return to the Octagon.

The strange thing is that he was fulfilling all the steps that allow him to enter into the Octagon including a USADA testing pool.

Last night UFC scheduled Cormier vs Miocic rematch for August so that will open a door for Curtis to take his chance on the title.

Blaydes 6-2 last scored a unanimous decision win over Justin Willis in the co-main event of UFC On ESPN+6 last month. Before that, he suffered a first-round TKO loss to Francis Ngannou.
