Conor McGregor has fired back at Joe Rogan over PED accusations.

McGregor’s massive size increase while being out of the USADA testing pool has led many to believe he’s using performance-enhancing drugs. Rogan discussed ‘The Notorious’ potentially using PEDs in a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience, where the UFC commentator had this to say:

“He’s taking his shirt off and posing constantly, and he looks like his piss would melt that USADA cup. Like, it would just like burn a hole right through the bottom of that USADA cup… The weird thing is that there is a loophole in USADA that allows you to get out of the testing pool. You can get out of the testing pool and just juice up.”

‘The Notorious’ heard about Rogan’s comments and responded on Twitter by saying:

“Joe looks like his piss melts his knickers. In the company that long and never took a fight hahaha @ufc oh tae kwon do competition, call the cops hahahahaah.”

McGregor used a loophole in the USADA process that allows a fighter to remove themselves from the testing pool when inactive. Some MMA analysts, like Rogan, believe this is an intelligent way for fighters to heal faster with PEDs and then return to USADA later. Fighters must be drug tested for six months before fighting again, but ‘The Notorious’ hopes to receive an exemption from USADA.

Conor McGregor labels Dustin Poirier’s hospitalization as ‘karma’

Conor McGregor’s career was turned upside down after two consecutive losses to Dustin Poirier. After losing in his last fight, McGregor continued to heckle Poirier while medical staff attended to his gruesome leg injury. ‘The Diamond’ is currently in the hospital for a severe staph infection, but ‘The Notorious’ could care less. The former two-division UFC champion had this to say on Twitter which has since been deleted:

“😂😂 karma the left paw an all hahaja chop that thing off keep it for Halloween pal hahahaha”

Poirier looked sharp against McGregor before the Dublin native suffered a leg injury. ‘The Notorious’ seems interested in a fourth fight against ‘The Diamond,’ but it’ll be intriguing to see if the UFC thinks it’s a good idea. Once USADA clears the former two-division champion, the hype for his return will escalate quickly.

McGregor has several options for his UFC return. Rafael dos Anjos called him out after beating Bryan Barberena at UFC Orlando. ‘The Notorious’ could also continue his efforts of fighting Poirier again. Michael Chandler is another option after ‘Iron’ has emerged as a UFC superstar. The former two-division champion might even be interested in a rematch against Eddie Alvarez, who is currently a free agent. Tony Ferguson and Justin Gaethje are also in the mix. Only time will tell who the Dublin native decides to fight.
