The only thing I know about this upcoming MMA action film is that it was filmed in Toronto solely because Lyoto Machida’s agent told me early last year. Krzysztof Soszynski also appears to play the bad guy in the film, and the protagonist has to beat him up in order to get justice on some murder that happened years ago. There’s also a hot chick in the movie that plays the lead character’s love interest — and in most films there’s one butt scene that’s heavily used in the trailer. It’s your typical modern-day martial arts action film, except Machida and Silva are wedged in there. Speak of which, if Machida beats Weidman, then beats Weidman again in the rematch, what are the chances that Anderson Silva will take on The Dragon?
It’s better than you shouldn’t think that deep into it — just watch the trailer for TAPPED, and then someone explain to me why the title insists on being in all caps.
