Brock Lesnar and Junior Dos Santos coaching TUF 13 will be monumental

Earlier today, an MMA site which will remain unnamed (but was denied entry into the MiddleEasy Network) ran a story that Gray Maynard and Frankie Edgar were officially announced as coaches for season thirteen of The Ultimate Fighter. A few sites picked up on it, and eventually the entire MMA world accepted Maynard and Edgar appearing every Wednesday on Spike TV as part of their reality. Things seemed to be somewhat bizarre when a few people announced the news to Frankie Edgar, to which even he was surprised of. It was only until just a few hours ago when the UFC press-released that Brock Lesnar and Junior Dos Santos were named as coaches for TUF 13 did all those nutty rumors that originated from the UK subside.

Aside from Kimbo Slice (who holds the title for three out of four of the most watched fights in MMA history), Brock Lesnar remains the largest draw in MMA. It’s also important to note that a few hundred years ago, Brock Lesnar would be pillaging whatever village you reside in and would use his superhuman-sized arms to yank every woman from their domicile to live in his lair, which would probably be in some uninhabitable place on a mountain-top of Germania. Luckily for you and your nineteen-year-old sister, we live in a society in which people have running water, locked doors and central heating, all of which would be considered wizard’s magic in the days of ‘Viking Conqueror Lesnar’.

Now that Junior Dos Santos and Brock Lesnar have been paired to appear in a weekly reality show that revolves around a group of guys beating each other unconscious, both fighters are finally in their element. The show will premiere Wednesday, March 30th and will feature fourteen welterweights competing for a spot in ZUFFA history. Andre Galvao and Karl Amoussou are rumored participants in the show, hopefully that will give your girlfriend a reason to watch.
