BJ Flores, the boxing coach of Jake Paul is impressed with his performance against Anderson Silva.
Since he began boxing professionally, Jake Paul has been shocking fans around the world. The man who started off as a Disney Channel star is now one of the most popular boxers on the planet. He recently defeated multi-time UFC champion Anderson Silva and continues to prove his haters wrong. Paul is showing that he is a true boxer and not just a passing fad.
Paul’s boxing coach is very impressed by his growth in just three short years of working with him. He sees the sky as the limit and has some big things in store for his pupal in the future.
BJ Flores has some big names on his hit list for Jake Paul
So far in his boxing career, Paul has made his way by fighting and defeating former MMA stars. He beat Ben Askren, former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley, and now Anderson Silva. Paul is showing skills in these fights but the critics are pushing for him to take on a boxer instead of an MMA fighter. Paul’s boxing coach BJ Flores is in agreement.
“We got a couple of names that we’re looking at. And that’s all I can say about it. Jake wants the biggest names, the biggest challenges and he deserves those types of fights. He’s taken care of these guys. He’s paying these guys. Well, he’s given them full training camps. He’s letting these guys really come in the best version of themselves,” he said on The MMA Hour and then mentioned some of the guys on his list. ” There’s boxers on there. There’s a couple of MMA fighters too. That would make sense too.”
Paul has been campaigning for former UFC fighter Nate Diaz. Diaz recently left the UFC after completing his contract and has been interested in the matchup as well.
