Round 1:

Trout is landing as Sanchez looks to close the distance. Sanchez lands a big uppercut in close range. Trout recovers and starts to work the jab again. Trout is trying to find a home for the check hook. Sanchez looking to counter after defending with a high guard. Trout’s speed is making a difference, but Sanchez isn’t going anywhere. Trout has the cleaner technique, while Sanchez is finding success brawling.
Round 3:
Both fighters come out slow to start the round. Trout lands a clean left hand. Trout is moving forward, looking to get Sanchez backed up against the ropes. Sanchez’s big shots are starting to become predictable, but this is still anyone’s fight. Trout goes to the body and the round ends.
Round 4:
Slow start to the fourth round as the fight is starting to become a boxing match. Sanchez lands a vicious hook to the body. Trout lands a clean shot and Sanchez goes down. Sanchez has a massive cut on his head. Trout is finding his range with the jab. Sanchez is continuing to push forward with big hooks. Trout is moving out of the way and gaining confidence. Trout tells the referee to check the nasty cut on Sanchez’s head. The doctor is called in with fourteen seconds left. The fight is called! Trout wins by doctor’s stoppage.
