There are some games for next-gen systems right now that are kind of cool and some games coming out that are kind of cool, but nothing has made me feel genuinely excited just yet. Then I saw this video for Trials Fusion, which comes out on April 16th for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Xbox 360 and, well, I got excited. Why? If you have to ask why then you’ve never played a Trials game before and you need to rectify that immediately by going and downloading at least Trials Evolution and reveling in the ridiculousness of the whole thing.
The tricks look more ridiculous, more daring, there is more style and flair involved with what look like tricks that are taunts. There are new levels to explore that look more detailed than before and, oh yeah, there are also quad bikes. This is going to be a new obsession of mine when it comes out and, of course, it’ll be a downloadable game that is $19.99. Sure, there will be a retail version for $39.99 that comes with a Season Pass, but why would you do that?
