I have beaten every console Metal Gear Solid game on the day it comes out since the original. I’m not trying to brag, I’m just trying to let you know that I have to beat this game today, and I want to do it will all of you, my best friends.
Luckily, at the very longest, MGS Ground Zeroes is like 4 hours long, so I fully expect to go Michael Jackson on Hideo Kojima’s latest and beat it. Luckily, I’m going to do it with all of you (my best friends). Yes, I wish it was longer. Yes, I wish I was playing this in its full 1080p glory like Gary is on PS4, but it is what it is, and I’m going to play this so hard with all of you (friends) and it’s going to be awesome.
My wife is already incredibly annoyed at my sneaking around the house with growls of ‘Metal Gearrrrrrr,’ and she really wants me to stop putting an eye patch on my dog before covering him with a cardboard box, but I can’t control myself – we haven’t had a console MGS release in years, brah.
So let’s do this.
UPDATE. Welp, I beat it. I don’t think it’s worth the $30 and Twitch on Xbox One, though it broadcasts in high quality, constantly pooped the bed. Thanks for the people that watched! Hopefully Microsoft and Twitch figure out these issues before EA UFC. I put a replay of some of the side missions below. Now that I know what’s up, it’s time to replay it a bunch of times!
