Boxing legend Mike Tyson was recently photographed in a wheelchair during a recent visit to an airport, sparking some concern amongst fans.

Mike Tyson Pictured In Wheelchair At Airport

Fans have raised some concerns on social media after Tyson was photographed at Miami International Airport, being wheeled around in a wheelchair.

Tyson actually posed for photos with fans as he made his way through the airport, suffering from a reported “sciatica flare-up” in his lower back.

This isn’t the first time Tyson has dealt with this, as he suffered from a similar issue two years ago, resulting in him being bedridden for weeks.

Last month, Tyson was actually spotted in New York using a walking stick. He was then seen using that same walking stick on Tuesday.

This is especially concerning given some recent statements Tyson made on his podcast, indicating he believes he’s nearing the end of his life.

“We’re all gonna die one day of course,” Tyson said

“Then, when I look in the mirror, I see those little spots on my face. I say, ‘Wow. That means my expiration date is coming close, really soon.’”

Fans have taken to social media to voice their concern for Tyson in the wake of the recent photos going around.

Furthermore, Tyson explained on his podcast how, despite having monetary wealth throughout his adult life, it still didn’t buy him happiness or love.

“Money don’t mean s*** to me,” Tyson said.

“I always tell people – they think money’s gonna make them happy, they’ve never had money before – when you have a lot of money, you can’t expect nobody to love you. How am I gonna confess my love to you when you have $500 billion.

“The false sense of security. You believe nothing can happen. You don’t believe the banks could collapse.

“You believe that you’re invincible when you have a lot of money, which isn’t true. That’s why I always say money is a false sense of security.”

The 56-year-old is considered to be one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time. Initially retiring in 2005, Tyson returned to competition in 2020 for an exhibition bout with fellow legend Roy Jones Jr.

It was an impressive showing for both men. No winner was declared as the official ruling was rendered a draw.
