BJJ legend Gordon Ryan will be in Manchester on Saturday to make sure there’s no funny business when Logan Paul and Dillon Danis step inside the squared circle.
The buildup to Misfits Boxing’s biggest event has been nothing short of chaotic. That trend continued on Friday as fighters faced off for the final time before making their way to the AO Arena in Manchester for ‘The PRIME Card‘ on DAZN pay-per-view. Following Thursday’s altercation between Danis and Paul that resulted in the latter sustaining a nasty cut on his left cheek courtesy of a perfectly thrown microphone, the pair was allowed to face off once again, but with one glaring stipulation.
To ensure the safety of each other and those around them, Danis and Paul’s final face-off took place inside a cage with a glass partition separating the two fighters.

Logan Paul Brought Some Dillon Danis Kryptonite to Manchester
But the circus didn’t stop there. Following his successful weigh-in, Logan Paul revealed that he has called in BJJ top gun Gordon Ryan to make sure Dillon Danis doesn’t try to bust out any jiu-jitsu moves during their boxing match.
“Dillon Danis is a coward, a predator, and I’m f*cking him up,” Paul said. “I’m f*cking him up tomorrow. He’s a dirty a** fighter. I got all the goods in case he tries anything funny. In fact, I got Dillon Danis kryptonite in the building. You know, I brought the baddest dude in the world. I got Gordon Ryan to protect me in case he tries any jiu-jitsu bullsh*t. This man gonna f*ck you up tomorrow if you try to pull some sh*t.”

Dillon Danis and Gordon Ryan’s rivalry goes back to 2017 when the two competed against one another at the ADCC World Championships. Danis took Ryan to a decision at the event, but Ryan has since spoken out against Danis on multiple occasions, suggesting that Danis’ BJJ record is far worse than the New Jersey native likes to let on.
“Really I’m here just to retrieve Dillon because I need someone to clean my cars and he’s the one who usually does it,” Ryan said when asked why he was attending the event. “So I came all the way here just to retrieve him and bring him back home to Texas.”
Dillon Danis was quick to snap back at Ryan.
“That’s his steroid supplier,” Danis quipped. “That’s who that is. Two juice-heads. Gordon is a little b*tch. That’s why he’s selling out. He’s from Jersey and supports the other side. You’re a f*cking dead man when you get back to Jersey you p*ssy a** b*tch.”
