The long-awaited matchup between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury is apparently a done deal for this upcoming February. Over the past few years, Paul, the young YouTube star, has established himself as one of the biggest stars in boxing today. He has amassed an undefeated 6-0 record as a professional with most of his victories coming over fellow YouTubers and former mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters.
Names that Paul has defeated include Tyron Woodley, Ben Askren, and Anderson Silva. However, he has yet to fight a fellow professional boxer who has a veteran status in the sport. He has been scheduled to face off against Tommy Fury, brother of longtime unified heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury, on several occasions. However, each time the fight has fallen through for one reason or another.
Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury Done Deal For February
Per a report from longtime combat sports journalist Ariel Helwani, a matchup between Paul and Fury is a “done deal” for February 25.

This is the third time the bout has been attempted to be made. Initially, the pair were to fight in December of 2021, before Fury was forced to pull out due to a broken rib and chest infection. Last August they were again slated to fight once more, however, Fury again was unable to make the date due to an inability to get into the United States. Now, hopefully, the third attempt will be the charm.
Paul will put his unblemished record of 6-0 against fellow undefeated Fury, who sports a record of 8-0. Of his eight professional victories, four have come by way of knockout. Fury’s last appearance inside the ring came in April of 2022 against Daniel Bocianski in London. It will be interesting to see which of the pair remains undefeated when it’s all said and done on February 25.
