Floyd Mayweather Jr. wasn’t happy with a baby interrupting his press conference.

Mayweather Jr. has been on an exhibition tour that features bouts against Logan Paul, Tenshin Nasukawa, Mikuru Asakura, Don Moore, and a YouTuber named Deji. ‘Money’ is now adding former Bellator fighter and reality TV superstar Aaron Chalmers to the list. During a press conference for their upcoming fight, the undefeated professional boxer suddenly stopped and had this to say:

“Excuse me, whoever’s child that is, you gotta take your child out, please … Thank you. No disrespect but this is a press conference, it’s not a daycare. Want to make sure we’re all on the same page.”

Mayweather started his exhibition tour in December 2018 with a first-round knockout against Nasukawa, a Japanese kickboxing superstar. Two and a half years later, the undefeated boxer returned against Paul, which attracted the most attention, ultimately ending in a no-decision draw.

‘Money’ then took on Moore, a former training partner, in May 2022, ending in another no-decision draw. Mayweather fought again four months later, stopping Asakura, a RIZIN MMA fighter, in the second round. The Michigan native’s latest win came against YouTuber Deji, his least experienced opponent, which ended with a sixth-round TKO. He is now looking to continue his exhibition journey in London.

Who is Floyd Mayweather fighting next?

On February 25, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is fighting in his first exhibition bout of the calendar year. Mayweather will be taking on Aaron Chalmers, who fought in Bellator four times and appeared on the reality TV show Geordie Shore.

Mayweather Jr vs. Chalmers goes down inside the O2 Arena in London, England. Anything can happen in a fight, but ‘The Joker’ will likely face a similar fate as the undefeated boxer’s other exhibition opponents. ‘Money’ was initially supposed to fight Muay Thai fighter Liam Harrison before he was forced to get knee surgery.

Mayweather’s last professional boxing match was against Conor McGregor in August 2017. He secured a finish in the tenth round, advancing his record to 50-0. The 46-year-old has no plans to fight professionally again as he continues making money on exhibition fights with little to no risk.
