Logan Paul’s fiancée, Nina Agdal, has filed a lawsuit against Dillon Danis after the BJJ specialist targeted her more than 250 times in an all-out attack on social media.

On October 14, Danis is scheduled to compete for the first time in four years when he steps inside the squared circle for a showdown with the WWE Superstar. In the weeks since the announcement that they would be co-headlining ‘The PRIME Card’ in Manchester, England, Dillon Danis has been on the attack, regularly targeting Logan Paul through his fiancée, Danish swimsuit model Nina Agdal.

Danis has seen his popularity on social media skyrocket as he went from posting images of Agdal with former partners to memes in an attempt to both slut-shame Agdal and humiliate Paul. However, Danis appears to have taken things too far when he posted an uncensored photo of Agdal that was reportedly taken during “a romantic encounter” more than a decade ago.

That was reportedly the straw that broke the camel’s back, leading Agdal to file a lawsuit and request a TRO (temporary restraining order) to prevent Danis from sharing further sexually explicit images of her.

First reported by TMZ, Agdal filed the suit on Wednesday claiming that she has “suffered humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm.” The report also alleges that Danis violated federal and state laws on August 11 when he shared a private and explicit image of Agdal without her consent.

“Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,” Agdal wrote in the suit. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.”

Danis later removed the image from his social media feed, but Agdal claims he only did so after Misfits Boxing, the company promoting his fight with Logan Paul, threatened to pull the plug on their October clash.

She also alleges that Danis, or someone working with him, hacked into her Snapchat account to unearth archived clips that were meant to further humiliate her online.

According to the suit, Agdal is suing for unspecified damages but is seeking $150,000 for each instance where Danis violated federal law prohibiting the sharing of intimate images. She is also seeking a restraining order to prevent the fighter from posting any additional damaging images, though it should be noted that this would only include private photos that were never meant to be publicized. For the most part, Danis has taken to sharing images found via a simple Google search. Or through his own creative efforts in Photoshop.

Dillon Danis Responds to Nina Agdal’s Lawsuit

It didn’t take long for Dillon Danis to respond after being slapped with the lawsuit. In a post on X, he said:

“Nina Adgel has filed a massive lawsuit against me. She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail. This is actually wild but I won’t stop fuck the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”

Danis followed that up, explaining that he can’t divulge many details regarding the suit because it is now a federal case. And to take another dig at Agdal.

“I will provide more details when I can, but because it’s a federal case, I can’t at this time,” Danis wrote. “P.S. fuck that hoe.”

He also referred to Agdal as a “clout-whore” and offered up one more quip regarding the situation.

“I didn’t even put a ring on it and she already trying to f*ck me for all my money,” Danis concluded in a post on X.

It’s unclear at this time if this will put Dillon Danis’ fight with Logan Paul in jeopardy. Given the amount of buzz this whole situation has created, we’re guessing Misfits Boxing will be fighting tooth and nail to keep the fight on the card for October 14.
