Bellator 226 ‘Bader vs. Kongo’ Weigh-In Results

Bellator MMA promotion will be staging a Bellator 226: “Bader vs. Kongo” event tomorrow night (Sat., Sept. 7, 2019) exclusively on DAZN network from inside SAP Center in San Jose, California.

In the main headliner a “champ-champ,” Ryan Bader will be making his first heavyweight title defense against Cheick Kongo. Bader is also Bellator’s light heavyweight champion.

Kongo is currently riding on an eight-fight winning streak with six decisions and two knockouts and the more intriguing factor he’s 44.

Meanwhile, in the co-main headliner, a former 145-pound champion Daniel Straus will take on Derek Campos in a featherweight Grand Prix opening round.

The promotion held the weigh-in ceremony this noon where all the fighters went to scale. The ceremonial weigh-ins ceremony will take place at 8 p.m. ET at SAP Center.
