How To Live Stream Bellator 222

Bellator 222 “MacDonald vs. Gracie” MMA event is taking place tonight (June 14, 2019) from inside Madison Square Garden in New York, N.Y. The show will be on air on streaming servicing DAZN.

In the main headliner bout, a Welterweight champion Rory MacDonald (20-5-1) will take on undefeated vaunted submission specialist Neiman Gracie (9-0) in the semifinals of Grand Prix tournament. A winner will advances to the final against Douglas Lima and prize money is $1 million.

MacDonald recently met with controversy after suffering a majority draw against Jon Fitch back in April at Bellator 220. Being a champ, Rory advances in the tournament.

Gracie (9-0) is coming off a fourth-round submission win over Ed Ruth in December 2018 at Bellator 213.

Meanwhile, the co-main event features an intriguing light heavyweight showdown where former UFC light heavyweight Lyoto Machida is making his second appearance in the cage against Chael Sonnen.

Machida successfully made a promotional debut after defeating Rafael Carvalho last December. Meanwhile, Sonnen (31-16-1) last suffered a brutal first-round TKO loss to Fedor Emelianenko back in October 2018 in the semifinals of the Heavyweight World Grand Prix.

The main card also features some great bouts including a bantamweight showdown between undefeated bantamweight Patrick Mix and Ricky Bandejas, two-time champion Eduardo Dantas vs. Juan Archuleta, a 175 lbs catchweight between polarizing jiu-jitsu star Dillon Danis and Max Humphrey as well an intriguing bantamweight championship rematch where Darrion Caldwell will defend against Kyoji Horiguchi who competes in Rizin usually.

Bellator 222 main card can be on-air exclusively on DAZN at 10 PM ET/7 PM PT. The preliminary card will be live streamed on the Bellator app and on DAZN at 6:30 PM ET/3:30 PM PT for free.
