Barberena feints and lands a low kick. Lots of feints from Barberena. He’s keeping his range and staying out of pocket. Nelson is composed and eats two quick leg kicks. Nelson lands a counter left. Barberena with a low kick. He blitzes in and misses the combination. Nelson with a snappy right hand. He goes to grapple, gets Barberena off the fence. Nelson gets the double underhooks in. Barberena doing well to stay on his feet. Nelson goes for the single leg and gets it. Nelson is on top. Barberena lands strikes from the bottom. Barberena keeps the high output going. Nelson gets to the side with one leg in between Barberena’s. Nelson lands slicing elbows from the top. He goes for a submission but doesn’t get it. Nelson gets full mount and a huge elbow. Nelson transitions into an armor and gets the tap.
