Francis Ngannou looks really fit and ready for his first fight in the PFL against the strong heavyweight Renan Ferreira this Saturday.
The two big fighters will meet in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a big match called the “Battle of the Giants.” This will be Ngannou’s first time back in the octagon in over two years.
His last fight in the UFC was a win against Ciryl Gane, where he won by points. After that, he tried boxing for the first time and faced Tyson Fury, who was the champion at that time.
Even though Ngannou lost that close fight by a tiny score, he then lost to Anthony Joshua in a tough match that ended in the second round.
Now, Ngannou wants to focus on his MMA career and hopes to get back in the ring soon.

His big win in the second round made him super famous, and even people who don’t watch fighting started to admire him.
As Francis Ngannou gets ready for his next big fight, he teamed up with fitness star Will Tennyson, who has more than 3 million fans on YouTube.

After a tough workout together, Tennyson got the chance to see how strong he really was by throwing some punches at the former UFC heavyweight champion.
But, as everyone expected, Tennyson’s punches didn’t really faze Ngannou at all. With a big smile, Ngannou joked, “My sister hits harder than that!”

It might not be fair to say anything bad about Tennyson’s punching style, especially since Ngannou is such an amazing athlete.
