What a great way to start your Saturday morning. Now it’s impossible to enjoy that plate of bacon and eggs your mom just served up for you. Daniel Herbertson of MMAFighting somehow captured these disgustingly graphic images of Shigeyuki Uchiyama’s severed ear laying on the mat at Pancrase this week. Apparently, Uchiyama went for the takedown and his cauliflowered ear was caught in the vertical ropes, causing half of his ear to be severed from his body. Despite Uchiyama winning the bout, the fight was eventually stopped when officials noticed a lump of meat on the canvas. Tasty. [Source]
