Man That Conor McGregor Allegedly Punched Opens Up On Situation
Conor McGregor was recently revealed to have allegedly assaulted a man in an Irish Pub in April. Finally, the victim of this incident has decided to speak up on the situation.
In just another footnote in an increasingly long list of out of the cage infractions, Conor McGregor allegedly appeared at a Dublin pub. Here, he offered shots of his own Proper 12 whiskey to the patrons of this bar. However, the man in question turned down this offer, which McGregor did not care for. So naturally, the former UFC champion sucker-punched the man in the face.
When the video surfaced of this incident, the world was set abuzz. Finally, the man who was allegedly assaulted decided to open up, to the Irish Daily Star. Subsequently, while he remained anonymous, the man gave his point of view on what happened with McGregor.
“I am sitting on the bar stool just having a quiet pint with my friend. then all of a sudden because I refuse his drink I get a punch. you don’t need that in life. I don’t like the man, I think he is getting a bad rep. He is a bit of a bully, a bully with money.”
One of the talking points about this incident, was the man not even flinching when he got hit by McGregor.
“Look-it, I can take a punch,” he joked.
Moreover when the news broke, the man was referred to as “old” or “elderly” in the headlines. However, he made sure to put those rumors to bed.
“I’m 50,” said the man DEFIANTLY.
