UFC 300 is poised to become one of the highest-selling pay-per-views in Ultimate Fighting Championship history.
Emanating from Las Vegas, the promotion’s next big landmark event on April 13 features a 13-fight card with 12 current or former champions — chief among them being current UFC light heavyweight king Alex Pereira who puts his gold on the line against ex-titleholder Jamahal Hill in the main event of the evening.
According to a report from Sports Business Journal and UFC CEO Dana White, the event is projected to eclipse one million buys, marking the first time the promotion has achieved that mark since before the COVID-19 pandemic.
The UFC also expects the live gate to be a massive $16.5 million at T-Mobile Arena, making it the third largest in promotional history and the highest for an event without Conor McGregor on the card.
