Tyson Fury hears that Jon Jones is looking for a fight and he knows the right man for the job.
Jon Jones and ‘The Gypsy King’ have been going back and forth in interviews and on social media over the last month after Joe Rogan suggested that the reigning UFC heavyweight champion would mop the floor with the heavyweight boxing king should the two ever find themselves in a locked room. Fury snapped back at Rogan which then got the attention of Jones who suggested the boxing icon put his money where his mouth is and step inside the Octagon.
In a recent video clip shared by TheMACLife on YouTube, Fury suggested that if Jon Jones is looking for an opponent, he’s more than willing to oblige.
“I hear Jon Jones is looking for a fight. Me. I’m your man,” Fury said on social media.
The video then cuts to Dana White’s comments regarding the potential battle for the baddest man on the planet, suggesting that if both parties are ready to throw hands, he’ll happily make the accommodations. Of course, making a bout of this magnitude is much easier said than done when you have tens of millions of dollars at stake and two very big egos in the world of combat sports clashing.

Shortly after his first video hit Instagram, Tyson Fury upped the ante, offering to fight both Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou on the same night.
“Here’s a thought. How about this. How bout I fight Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou on the same night? How about that? That’s how much I value them two bums. Let’s go boys.”

Jon Jones is Open to Boxing Tyson Fury
The biggest question is, where doe the fight take place? Jon Jones has appeared insistent that their business be handled in his office, the Octagon, while Tyson Fury has remained adamant that he is no cage fighter and will only entertain the idea if it means fitting Jones for a pair of 10-ounce gloves. Speaking about the potential superfight, Jones has seemingly come around to the possibility of it being a boxing match, making a fight with Fury much more possible.
“I would love it if Dana could make that fight happen,” Jones said in the clip. “That’s one thing about the UFC, we always give the fans what they want to see. Tyson Fury is such a magnificent opponent and it would be awesome to make that fight happen. I’m up for it. I’d even be willing to box him and let’s see what happens.”
It wouldn’t be the first time Dana White and the UFC have dipped their toe into the sweet science. In 2017, former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor made his professional boxing debut, squaring off with undefeated legend Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather. The Irishman fell via a 10th-round TKO.
Do you want to see Jon Jones vs. Tyson Fury? And if so, would you prefer it to happen inside the Octagon or a boxing ring?
