This fan made UFC 149 poster really captures the essence of the event

It seems as though the year 2012 is going to go down in MMA history as the year of the injury. Virtually every upcoming card has had its frate trane derailed due to multiple random injuries over the last month or so. The next time we see Joe Silva he will probably be bald from all the hair he must be pulling out over this rampant unintentional destruction of his matchmaking mastery. so far out of all the upcoming cards, UFC 149 has been hit the hardest.  Eight fights out of the eight originally scheduled have been revised due to fighter injury or ‘change’.

There are so many injured fighters on the UFC roster right now, its difficult to keep track of who got injured and was fighting on which card. Here’s a list of the injured from UFC 149:

Jose Aldo
Michael Bisping
Big Nog
Shogun Rua
Bibiano Fernandes
Thiago Silva
Thiago Alves
Yoshihiro Akiyama

These changes and moevments have made the original Calgary card a virtual ghost town and one legendary UG member named ‘Tap In’ created a poster for the event that absolutely captures the essence of the card formerly known as UFC 149: Aldo vs Koch. Magnificent work. [Source]
