Pancrase returned with a vengeance this weekend. MMAFIGHTING.com‘s Dan Herbertson stated he was the only foreign member of the media in the house, so we have nothing but his report to go by! A big thanks for Dan for such hard work. We appreciate it here at MMA-JAPAN.
The highlight of the show was the inaugural female main event which featured Mei Yamaguchi squaring off with Tomomi Sunaba and the two put on a thrilling main event according to Mr. Herbertson. The back and forth affair ended with Yamaguchi, a seasoned veteran in various Japanese organizations, pulling out the victory.
