The Last Emperor has officially been dethroned. All hail the rise of the Frate Trane with Ver-Doom riding shotgun in a close second. These ranks are from Fight Matrix, the only site that uses an incredibly complex algorithm to rank fighters based on quality of fights, average time and method in which the fight was finished (along with some other stuff that would be reserved for Harvard mathematicians to figure out). Props to Ray Mercer for still being the thirteenth on the list.
