The impossible just happened, Ray Mercer AND Bobby Green are out of KOTC

I don’t understand why people want to separate the good carbs from the bad carbs. There is no such thing as a bad carb. What has a bad carb done to you? A carb lets you eat it, that’s a great thing right there. How many bad things let you eat it with tomato sauce on top? Holy [expletive]! It looks like our daily ‘Carb Talk’ is going to have to wait for today folks, Ray Mercer and Bobby Green are injured and are out of the King of the Cage: Bad Boys II. It looks like Ray Mercer will maintain that #13 spot at the top of the heavyweight food chain for just a little bit longer.

According to The UG (via BloodyElbow), the matchmaker of KOTC had a chance to replace Bobby Green in his bout against Daron Cruikshank with Jason Holmes and relegated the fight to a non-title bout. It looks like Ray Mercer and Ron Sparks has just been scrapped from the card entirely. You can still catch KOTC on HDNet this Friday at 10:00pm ET but if you expect any ‘Fighting Style: Hood’ with a side of ‘9 second knockout’, you’re just going to have to crawl through the MMA archives on Youtube.
