The individual movie posters for the Road House remake featuring Conor McGregor, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Post Malone have been released.

In Aug. 2022, the remake of a cult classic movie called “Road House” began filming, with Doug Liman as the director and Joel Silver as the producer. The film started gaining momentum when they announced former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor would be co-starring alongside highly-respected actor Jake Gyllenhaal

Unfortunately, the movie was expected to be released in theaters, especially considering the star power featured, before Amazon decided to release the film directly to the Prime Video streaming service.

Nonetheless, McGregor has continued to promote the film with hopes of landing more television and movie roles during his post-fight career. Earlier today, the individual movie posters were released, with ‘The Notorious’ sharing his on Twitter and adding the following caption:

“Knox thrives in chaos. #RoadHouseMovie”

Meanwhile, Post Malone’s individual movie poster featured this caption:

“Come and get it.”

Last but not least, Jake Gyllenhaal’s spotlight poster was released with the following message:

“Lights on. Dalton has arrived.”

Doug Liman and Jake Gyllenhaal have voiced their disappointment in the Road House remake not being released in theaters. With that said, Amazon seems content with their decision, as the movie is scheduled to be released exclusively on Prime Video on March 21.

When is Conor McGregor expected to make his highly-anticipated return to the Octagon?

Conor McGregor hasn’t fought since suffering a severe leg injury in a trilogy bout against Dustin Poirier in July 2021. Following an extended recovery process, McGregor attempted to return to the Octagon in 2023 before the USADA drug-testing agency deemed him ineligible.

McGregor has called for a fight in the first half of 2024, as USADA no longer works with the UFC. Yet, ‘The Notorious’ doesn’t seem to be on the same page as the promotion, with Dana White announcing he expects the former two-division champion to fight in the fall.

Once McGregor returns, he will likely fight Michael Chandler after they coached against each other on The Ultimate Fighter Season 31 in 2023. ‘Iron’ has been waiting for the high-paying matchup with ‘The Notorious,’ leading to a longer-than-expected layoff after suffering a second-round submission loss against Poirier in Nov. 2022.
