Paul Daley To Fight Luke Sines In A UK1 Bout At Cage Rage UK 26

It was revealed today at the Cage Rage 25 press conference that Sines’ opponent will be none other than the world ranked welterweight, Paul “Semtex” Daley.

The pair will meet in a UK1 fight for the promotion’s UK1 Middleweight title which will be fought over three, three-minute rounds of explosive stand-up action. The bout will take place on Saturday, February 4th, 2012.

Daley will be on a mission as Sines defeated Daley’s Rough House teammate Dean Amasinger in his last bout via KO (Liver kick) at Cage Rage 22 back in September. Daley, who has been very vocal of late in wanting a return to the UFC, will no doubt want to put on another exciting show to further impress the eyes watching worldwide.

In his last two fights, Daley has bested Jordan Radev at BAMMA 8 and Luigi Fioravanti at Ringside MMA 12 both by convincing decision victories.

However, Sines will have different ideas and will be looking to go 2-0 against Team Rough House, if he can take the scalp of Daley then that will get him noticed across the world.

Daley last fought for the London based promotion over four years ago when he defeated fellow UFC veteran, Mark Weir, via TKO.

A big pat on the back must go to UCMMA Promoter Dave O’Donnell and his team for having the vision to make this exciting fight happen.

The Cage Rage 26 card so far looks like this:
