Amazon and ONE Championship have linked up for a five-year deal in an absolutely terrific move. As a result, there will be no fewer than 12 ONE Championship events streamed on Amazon in primetime.

On Wednesday, ONE Championship announced the partnership.

We look forward to showcasing the absolute greatest martial artists on the planet right here in the ONE Championship Circle and on Prime Video,” ONE Championship Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong wrote in a statement.
Amazon Prime continues to grow its sports catalog. In 2017, they acquired streaming rights to the NFL’s Thursday Night Football, and they also have the rights for the New York Yankees.

In addition to offering a full suite of martial arts disciplines, ONE Championship shares our mutual commitment to elevate female athletes, boasting five reigning female world champions,” Marie Donoghue, vice president of global sports video at Amazon said.
Demetrious Johnson, one of ONE Championship’s most prominent stars, took to Instagram to show his excitement.
The first ONE Championship show to be streamed on Amazon will be revealed later this year.
