Michael Bisping and Anthony Smith think the alleged rape involving Conor McGregor is a little weird.

On Thursday, TMZ Sports reported that a woman has come forward alleging McGregor violently raped her in the bathroom during Game 4 of the NBA Finals. She claims McGregor and the Miami Heat’s security grabbed her and forced her into a bathroom where McGregor was.

Bisping, Smith question Accusation

Although there is no proof of the incident, an investigation is underway, but Michael Bisping and Anthony Smith spoke on their podcast admitting it seemed a little weird.

Bisping: “I have to pick my words carefully because there are a lot of real accusations. I’m not saying these aren’t real, but when I read that statement it just seems a little weird… Are we supposed to believe McGregor security guards are now in the business of abducting women?”

Smith: “Not just McGregor’s, the Heat, and the NBA security are helping him?”

Bisping: “And they are dragging her to a bathroom? When McGregor is waiting and hiding and licking his lips waiting, oh here she is… By the way, she is not pressing charges, she just wants a settlement.”

Although the investigation is underway, Anthony Smith believes if it turns out to be false, Conor McGregor needs to do a better job of not getting himself in these situations. Smith knows when people are rich and famous, people want to take advantage of them.

With that, Smith believes McGregor needs to be more aware of who is around him and the position he is in at all times.

“What I would say to Conor is, I don’t know if she’s telling the truth, it sounds kind of funky, it sounds weird. I initially say that stacks up, cause it seems weird,” Smith said. “But, my advice to Conor, stop putting yourself in positions to be taken advantage of. Don’t be in bathrooms with chicks. Do I doubt Conor would be in a bathroom with a chick? I don’t doubt that for a second. Do I think he is having NBA and Heat security sexually assault some random girl? I highly doubt that.”

As of right now, it’s uncertain when the investigation involving Conor McGregor will be over. But, both Anthony Smith and Michael Bisping think the accusations around the alleged assault are a bit weird.
