Conor McGregor is denying allegations that he raped a woman inside the Kaseya Center during Game 4 of the NBA Finals earlier this month.
According to a report from TMZ Sports, the incident allegedly occurred following the Denver Nuggets’ 108-95 win over the Heat on June 9. It was the same night that McGregor was involved in a skit gone wrong where he sent the Miami Heat mascot, Burnie, to the ER after blasting him with two big left hands while in attendance to promote his Tidl Sport recovery spray.
Per the report, demand letters authored by South Florida-based attorney Ariel Mitchell were sent to McGregor, the Miami Heat, and the NBA this week, claiming that the UFC superstar had “violently” sexually assaulted a woman inside a men’s bathroom. Mitchell claims that NBA and Heat security team members assisted in separating the woman from her friend before forcing her into a bathroom where McGregor and another security guard awaited.
“Security refused to let [the woman] exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom.” The lawyer then claims McGregor emerged from inside a handicap stall “and shoved his tongue in the victim’s mouth and aggressively kissed her.”

Conor McGregor Allegedly Forced Woman to Give Him Oral Sex Inside a Kaseya Center Bathroom
The letters state that the woman was able to create separation between herself and McGregor by telling him that she had to urinate. It was then that McGregor allegedly forced the woman into giving him oral sex. McGregor is also being accused of pushing the alleged victim against the bathroom wall and attempting to sodomize her.
She reportedly elbowed her way out of the situation and fled the scene, but left her purse behind in the process. Attempting to retrieve it, the letters claim McGregor’s security team held the item hostage before giving in to her pleas and returning it. She reported the incident to local authorities on Sunday morning at which point she was encouraged to seek out an attorney. Per the letters, the woman is seeking settlements with the NBA, the Heat, and McGregor rather than pressing charges and pursuing a criminal case.
“The organization is aware of the recent allegations regarding Conor McGregor and will continue to gather additional details regarding the incident. UFC will allow the legal process to play out before making any additional statements.”
