Michael Bisping is taking a look at Nate Diaz’s most recent altercation.

In that last year or so it seems that Nate Diaz has gotten into more fights outside the cage than he has in it. Diaz left the UFC last year in pursuit of bigger and more lucrative opportunities. He seems to have found just that as he is now signed on to fight Jake Paul in a boxing match later this year. However, Diaz cannot seem to stay out of trouble and may have put his big payday in jeopardy with his most recent altercation.

Over the weekend, Diaz was involved in a street fight with a man who looks a lot like Jake Paul’s brother Logan. This fight was caught on video and fans around the world saw Diaz choke this man out. Fans and media alike have reacted to this scene and now Michael Bisping is getting in on the action. Bisping believes Diaz is getting too old for this kind of melee.

Bisping took to his YouTube channel to give his thoughts on Diaz’s predicament. He feels that Diaz is lucky that he was not hurt or sued as a result of his recklessness.

“He’s almost 40 years old. Got to be careful because one day that could catch up with you. Remember a lot of people are carrying guns these days. He could have been stabbed, the guy could have cracked his head as he went down. Fortunately, none of that happened and he’s not even gonna sue him. That would be the number one thing I’d worry about,” he said. “There’s no such thing as bad press. Simple as that. You know, Nate Diaz is the talk of the town, but at his age, I think he should stop doing that. Everywhere he goes there’s altercations.”

Bisping went on to explain that Diaz is lucky that no charges were brought against him, but he may have spoken too soon. The police of New Orleans have released a warrant for Diaz. He could be facing second-degree battery charges. As mentioned by Bisping in his video, this is becoming a trend for Diaz. He has been involved in scuffles in public many times and although he has been relatively unphased by most of them, perhaps if it continues it could have negative consequences on his business and fighting future.
