Looks like BJ Penn skipped Thanksgiving dinner to stay shredded for his fight with Rory MacDonald

A motivated BJ Penn could stop the conflict in the Gaza Strip by showing up and negotiating everlasting peace. The same motivated BJ Penn could claim Nobel peace prize while Morgan Freeman narrates a list of athletic accomplishments, and that might still not do him justice. The question of which BJ Penn plans to shop up against Rory MacDonald has been debated amongst fans and bookkeepers for the past four months. Luckily, it seems we can finally answer that question with a short video. We’ve never really seen BJ Penn in such incredible shape before. By the looks of his abdominal muscles, it appears as though the proud Hawaiian has sacrificed more than just turkey and stuffing preparing to fight TriStar gym’s most notable prospect. We’re not even sure if he’s ever looked this ripped two weeks out from a fight. According to the video, he currently weighs 175 lbs for a bout scheduled for 170 lbs. That’s wild considering what his body has looked like just about every other time he stepped on the scale in the past four years.

This Thanksgiving, we’re thankful for receiving a motivated BJ Penn before the holidays get under way. If you don’t believe us, watch him shadowboxing on his driveway with palm trees all around and try to deny that he’s in the best shape of his life.
