Tyron Woodley has a rapping competition in the form of Kevin Holland.

Holland recently appeared in MGF Bandit’s song “Meditate” where he raps a verse and doesn’t do a bad job either.

He also notably took a shot at the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) by having a man in a “USADO” shirt watch over him as he gives a urine sample.

Holland proceeds to knock the sample over much to the disbelief of the USADA tester.

You can watch it below with Holland’s part starting at 1:40:

Kevin Holland A Man Of Many Talents

Holland is clearly a man of many talents.

He’s not only an entertaining MMA fighter and at times, a real-life superhero, but also a rapper now.

For the foreseeable future, he has to concentrate on MMA with his next bout approaching soon.

“Big Mouth” takes on Daniel Rodriguez in a potential welterweight barnburner taking place on the UFC 279 main card on September 10.

Holland will look to go 3-0 since moving down from middleweight to his new division. His last outing came in June when he submitted Tim Means.

Prior to that, he TKO’d Alex Oliveira in his welterweight debut.
