Josh Barnett says he’s not to blame for Affliction’s collapse

Props to American Airlines for keeping that $670 we dropped on a non-refundable ticket from New York to Anaheim, California for Affliction III. It was dubbed ‘Trilogy’, but it should have been nicknamed ‘The greatest MMA fight in history that we will never be able to see’. You guys know the story by now; Affliction booked Barnett vs. Fedor last August, Barnett was caught juicing (which he denies to this day) and Affliction not only canceled the card, but collapsed in less than 48 hours. Josh Barnett has kept quiet for months about what went down last summer but this week on Inside MMA, The Baby Faced Assassin told Bas Rutten than he’s not at fault for the collapse of Affliction. Hmph, well then. I guess I’m pretty much forced to take your word Barnett since you can pretty much, well, rearrange every bone in my body at will.
