Well Jorge Masvidal Did His Homework Before Ben Askren Fight

Jorge Masvidal delivered the fastest knockout in the UFC history last night (Sat., July 6, 2019) at UFC 239 pay-per-view (PPV) event from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, when he finished Ben Askren with a vicious flying knee just 5 seconds into round one.

Well now fight fans can’t say Masvidal’s flying knee was a fluke as ‘Gamebred’ had planned the whole thing before fight night. Even Masvidal’s training partner Dustin Poirier at American Top Team (ATT) also revealed via social media that flying knee was all part of the game plan.

“Mike Brown and Masvidal told me last night at dinner he was gonna Start this fight with a flying knee and showed me a video on Mike’s phone of him practicing.”

Earlier this afternoon Masvidal’s coach Mike Brown posted footage of ‘Gamebred’ drilling flying knee on his Instagram.

”Calculated killer!” Brown wrote. “48 hours before UFC 239, Gamebred Fighter drilling the famous Paulino Hernandez flying knee. Fastest KO in UFC history.”

Masvidal’s coach and the team have helped him in perfecting this team. Good job, Jorge.
