Jon Jones Offers To Prepare Robert Whittaker For Upcoming Title Defense

Jon Jones has been going back and forth with Interim Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya. Now, he is offering to help Adesanya’s next opponent, Robert Whittaker prepare for this fight.

Jon Jones has had a bit of the beef with Adesanya. They have been going back and forth for a while. Notably, this stems from similarities that have been made between the two. Most recently, he laid a verbal assault on “The Last Stylebender.” Although this beef is not anywhere near the nastiest Jones has, he decided to take it a step further.

Adesanya is set to attempt to unify his Middleweight title, against undisputed champ Robert Whittaker. This bout will be taking place in both fighters native region, at UFC 243. Additionally, it is set to be a massive event. It is taking place in a gigantic stadium.

Ahead of this bout, Jones has offered to train Whittaker for his opponent. Jones recently spoke at a press conference, giving incredible respects to Whittaker. Following this, Whittaker took to Instagram, with a clip of the video and repaying respects.

Jon Jones was quick to reply to Whittaker. He replied, offering his services to Whittaker.

It would be interesting to see Whittaker and Jones training together. However, Jon Jones does currently have a task ahead of him. He is facing Thiago Santos, at UFC 239 during International Fight Week. Yet, if he can get through this task relatively unscathed, training with Whittaker would be great.
