We won't be seeing Joe Rogan box Lamar Odom or whoever

There was a time when Joe Rogan was going to fight Wesley Snipes, but the fight ultimately fell through. For years, fight fans have wanted Rogan to take a pro MMA fight or an exhibition match, but it has never come to fruition.

On a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan said he’s too old to be fighting nowadays; however, he probably could still mess somebody up.

“I’m too banged up. I’m too old. I’m not interested anymore,” Rogan said. “I mean probably I could fu*k some people up. I’m not interested.”

The conversation came from Rogan talking about how Floyd Mayweather is still doing exhibitions and making his opponents look silly at 45 years old.

“You know what’s crazy? Floyd is still doing these exhibitions making millions,” Rogan said. “He was holding the ring card girl’s cards and walking around. He held up the card between rounds and Floyd walked around with the card. He put on a show. He’s like-  it’s really smart. Because he’s given them their money’s worth. It’s not just a boxing exhibition. He’s putting on a show. He’s laughing and dancing. He’s got a big smile on his face while the fights going on.”

“Some guys can keep it up. Like Floyd, 45 years old looks fu*king amazing. The best example is Mike Tyson. He is 55 years old and they’re still talking about him fighting either Logan or Jake Paul. Like that is crazy. And I don’t know what would happen.”

Unfortunately, we won’t be seeing Rogan compete in any celebrity boxing events. Mayweather is coming off an eight-round exhibition boxing match against Don Moore in which he showed off the entire time – Money Mayweather style.
