It looks like Bellator and BAMMA will be sharing fighters

I had an epiphany the other night while I was about to pass off to sleep and thought sleep was more important than writing it down. Stupid idea. I thought I’d remember it because it was such an awesome idea, encompassing my favorite ideas from both philosophy and psychology. I could plan a whole book on this one idea, but I fell asleep so we will never know. Now, if I shared that idea with someone I would have been golden. I guess I’m only good at sharing saliva and noises when I’m about to sleep, not life changing ideas. Luckily for us, the guys at BAMMA and Bellator are playing nice and sharing fighters under exclusive contracts.

Thefightlounge.co.uk reported yesterday that Bellator are willing to share Jimmy Wallhead (21-6) with BAMMA for their September 10th show. Wallhead lost a decision to Rick Hawn in the opening round of Bellator’s welterweight tournament, however his eight-fight win streak before that bout included a win over new newly UFC-signed, Che Mills. It is suspected Wallhead is being brought in to replace Mills in a bout with Joey Villasenor. Nightmare of Battle have already told us that DREAM is building a good relationship with Bellator in terms of fighter sharing, so the potential for Lombard vs. Marquardt is still there. I did think of some more match-ups, but I took a nap and forgot them. [Source]
