This weekend, Alistair Overeem is going to try to become the most decorated MMA fighter of all time by beating Stipe Miocic for the UFC Heavyweight title. Overeem already has more gold than Mr. T, but a UFC title has alluded him since making his debut against Brock Lesnar. But after a couple of tough losses, the Ubereem is back.
Big homie Overeem put down four straight bodies at the top of the heap, the last one being Andrei Arlovski. If you need your memory jump-started, The Reem hit the dimmer switch on Arlovski with a switch-jumping front kick a la Karate Kid and then pounded him out. Not only that, but he did it in Rotterdam, Netherlands. He promised he’d win the title, then defend it there.
