Dana White finally speaks about Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Rogers

Dana White is a master practitioner in verbal kung-fu. Calvin Ayre from Bodog tried to call out Dana White only to have his entire Bodog Fights shut down over night. Gary Shaw from EliteXC called Kimbo the Tiger Woods of MMA and made going on rants against Dana White a daily routine. Dude’s organization went under as well as the entire parent company, ProElite (although it was recently bought out by some company who plans to revive it. Good luck with that). And we all remember Tom Atencio who set his MMA beef coordinates directly at Dana White. Former friends turned foes…organization goes under, and foes once again turned to friends. Sounds like something off of Gossip Girl.

Dana White has finally opened up about the recent Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Rogers card and shot a little preemptive attack in Scott Coker’s direction.

“CBS would be out of their mind to put that rinky-dink [Strikeforce] . . . on the air again . . . and without that backing, [promoters] won’t have the money to pay [Emelianenko].”

“The guy just got his face smashed in by Brett Rogers. Do you know what Brock or [UFC heavyweights] Frank Mir and Cain Velasquez would do to Brett Rogers?” White said. “It’s time to bring this guy [Fedor] in, to see Brock Lesnar smash his head.”

Unfortunately that’s a fight that we’ll never see. This past summer we gave you 10 reasons why Brock Lesnar vs. Fedor is just something that will never happen but it’s probably begging for an update…an update that will only come whenever Brock Lesnar is fully healed from his ‘kissing disease‘.
