Dana Does The Deed
A few days after initially being asked to drink beer out of a shoe, the UFC boss has finally decided to do it. And yes, Tai Tuivasa has video evidence.
It would be no ordinary shoey however. This one would be out of Tuivasa’s invention, the ‘shoeyvasa’. A shoe specifically designed to drink beer out of. Following Tuivasa’s KO win of Derrick Lewis, Dana would down the beer.
Tuivasa’s Success
This was Dana White’s first shoey ever. But as you may know, the same can’t be said for Tai Tuivasa who is no stranger to shoeys. He would make his signature move mainstream, especially from doing 5 shoeys post-fight after 5 straight KO wins. After the incredible win, ‘BamBam’ sat on top of Octagon and seen drinking a beer out of Nelk Boys’s own shoe.
The trend would continue at UFC 271, where the heavyweight won over the Houston crowd with another big shoey. What can you say, everything is bigger in Texas.
After leaving the Octagon, Tuivasa also celebrates his win by doing a shoey with the fans.
