- Conor McGregor proudly shared the moment his son Conor Jr. earned his first BJJ stripe
- “Notorious” is less than a month from making his UFC return
Conor McGregor ensured to never miss the moment his son Conor Jr. earns his first BJJ stripe.
A proud dad
The former UFC two-division champ’s eldest son Conor Jr. recently achieved a milestone in BJJ and his father made it a point to capture every bit of it. On Instagram, a genuinely proud McGregor posted a short video clip of Conor Jr., receiving his first stripe at SBG Ireland.
In the caption, “Notorious” couldn’t help but rave about his son’s accomplishment.
“My son @conormcgregorjr getting the first stripe on his jiu jitsu belt at @sbgireland and the @ufc are already here with their team and big cameras on a scouting mission haha ❤️ #ProudDad,” he wrote.
Check out the video below:
Conor Jr. was born in 2017. He is the eldest among Conor Sr.’s four kids with longtime partner Dee Devlin. In 2019, Devlin gave birth to their daughter Croia. Two years later, the couple welcomed Rian, who was followed by their youngest child, Mack last year.
Conor needs to accomplish something too
Like Conor Jr., “Notorious” is also set to possibly accomplish something great. Conor will be making his long-awaited UFC return at UFC 303 on June 29th against former Bellator champ and UFC title contender Michael Chandler.
If everything goes according to Conor’s plan and he manages to beat Chandler, “Notorious” is likely to push through with his idea of fighting three more times this year. Unsurprisingly, part of Conor’s plans is to compete for a UFC title once again.
