There is no doubt that Conor McGregor is one of the most famous MMA fighters in the world. Over the last 10 years, he has risen in stardom and is now ranked among the richest athletes of all time. McGregor is a former UFC champion and a one-time boxer but his outside businesses in addition to his career earnings inside the cage are what lead him to be among the highest-paid athletes in all of sports.
According to a list created by Sportco.com McGregor is ranked number 33 out of 50 athletes in terms of their career earnings.

Anyone who follows Conor McGregor on social media knows that he lives large. He has not fought inside the UFC Octagon since July 2021 although he is planning a comeback as we speak. McGregor is by far the highest-paid fighter on the UFC roster but now fans can see just how he ranks amongst other high-powered athletes from all different sports. McGregor is the only MMA fighter on the list but is in some good company with a few other boxers, golfers, racecar drivers, basketball players, and more.

Earnings include salaries, bonuses, prize money, purses, endorsements licensing, royalties, memorabilia, book deals, media, appearances, and golf course design fees.”
McGregor has made his money through various businesses including his Proper 12 whiskey company which he sold recently for a large sum of money, his boxing match with Floyd Mayweather back in 2017, his latest movie role, and all the other fights he has taken inside the UFC. His total earnings are estimated at $615 million during his career.
