Conor McGregor had a near-death experience.

Car Collides With McGregor

On Friday, the UFC superstar was riding his bicycle like he usually does, but this time around McGregor was hit by a car from the back. Fortunately enough, McGregor didn’t suffer any major injuries from the collision as he only sported a small cut on his thigh.

An out-of-breath McGregor would film the aftermath of the accident right after it took place.

“Don’t worry about it,” McGregor told the driver who hit him. “Mate, that’s nasty. That’s f*cking— I could have been dead there! Jesus Christ. Lucky to get away with me life there, boys. I don’t give a bollox, all good, all good.”

‘It Wasn’t My Time’

‘The Notorious’ forgave the driver named Nick as the sun messed with his vision. McGregor caught a ride home from the man as his bike was ‘f*cked’.

“Got a bang of a car just now from behind,” McGregor wrote on Instagram. “A sun trap, the driver couldn’t see me. Full speed straight thru me. Thank you God, it wasn’t my time. Thank you wrestling and judo also. Having an awareness on the landing saved my life.

McGregor continued his relief in another video he posted to his Instagram.

“Blessed there I am,” McGregor said. “Serious, I could have rolled, thrown under the wheel or something.”

Conor McGregor lives to see another day. The former two-division UFC Champion’s next move will likely be on the next season of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ as a coach, opposite of Tony Ferguson.
