Colby Covington Attacks Controversial NFL Player Colin Kaepernick And Famous Brand Nike On Social Media
Colby Covington has built a reputation as one of the biggest trash-talkers in the history of UFC. He was attacking almost every fighter on social media. Except of his teammates and sparring partners, of course.
But he has found a new victim – controversial NFL player Colin Kaepernick. Covington rewarded Kaepernick with one of the most creative insults ever – “spineless sack of sh*t”. Kaepernick is known for kneeling during the USA national anthem before NFL matches back in 2016. He did this in the sign of protest versus police brutality and racial inequality.
Nike released a commercial for its 30th anniversary of “Just Do It” campaign. Kaepernick reads the monologue.
Colby was irritated by the fact that Nike signed Kaepernick to a deal. Nike also donated Kaepernick’s “Know Your Rights” campaign before. Chaos attacked the famous brand too!
I grew up in Oregon and was around @Nike my whole life. It's funny watching a company that uses child slave labor overseas to make their products all of a sudden become humanitarians. #PatTillman is an NFL/American Hero. @Kaepernick7 is just a spineless sack of shit. #NikeBoycott

Chaos wrote that the former NFL player Pat Tillman is an NFL/American hero. Tillman quit NFL to join American Armed Forces in Afghanistan in 2002. He was tragically killed by friendly fire back in 2004.
Disrespecting the national anthem is a serious thing. It could upset even the USA president Donald Trump. As well as you know, Colby Covington is a huge fan of Trump. He even posted a photo with the UFC Welterweight Interim belt and USA president in the White House! So trash-talking against Colin Kaepernick doesn’t come as a surprise at all!
Like @POTUS @realDonaldTrump always says: Promises made. Promises kept. Pleasure to finally meet you Mr. President. Thank you for always putting America first! #maga #GreatAmericanWinningMachine 🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/yYZWkdd5wS

Colby Covington last fought versus Rafael dos Anjos at UFC 225 on June 9, 2018. He won the fight via unanimous decision. He was promoted to UFC Interim Welterweight champion. Yet, Covington will be stripped of the title since he chose not to face Tyron Woodley. Darren Till and Tyron Woodley will fight for the UFC Welterweight belt at the main event of UFC 228 on September 8th.
What are your thoughts on this? Do you support Colby Covington?
